SHIPPING

Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled. All sales are final.

All orders include $50 of insurance at no additional cost. You will receive your order in 2-3 business days from which your payment is authorized and verified.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted 3 days after delivery date if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock a store credit for the amount of your purchase will be issued.

LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECEIVED ITEMS

Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email.  You may track your packages on USPS.COM until it is delivered to your door step.  For if any reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S mail 7th Monocle is not responsible.  Once a package shows it has been scanned into the USPS system the responsibility then lies on USPS to care for and deliver your merchandise.  If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you, and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing an insurance claim.
